Terms and conditions for returning T.LeClerc products
In application of the public policy provisions of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, calculated from the date when the products were received. If the 14-day period ends on a non-business day, the period shall extend to the next business day.
These terms and conditions apply to individuals.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may return the ordered products, within said time period, without having to provide any reason whatsoever.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our customer service department of your decision to withdraw by submitting an unambiguous statement by phone at 01 87 76 08 00 or through the contact form. You will be sent an acknowledgement of your withdrawal as soon as possible, which will contain the return address for the products.
All T.LeClerc products may be subject to a refund, except those excluded by law and in the following situations:
- An unpacked product whose packaging is torn;
- A damaged product;
- An incomplete product;
- No original packaging;
- A product that would be difficult or impossible to resell (perishable good, etc.);
- A used product.
Under these terms, the product in question will not be taken back or exchanged, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will not have a right of withdrawal for products that have been customised to your specifications and guidelines (personalised items) or products that, due to their nature, cannot be re-shipped or may degrade or expire quickly.
In the event of a withdrawal on your part, you will be responsible for the return costs. We recommend applying all appropriate insurance to cover any loss or damage to your parcel. The product return is shipped at the customer’s own risk.
Upon receipt of your products, we will refund you for the amount paid within a maximum period of thirty (30) days, using the same payment method that you used when paying for the order, subject to the above-mentioned terms and conditions for returns.
