Some of our items are available for purchase on our website t-leclerc.com. To check if an item is available, choose the item you’re interested in on our site and click it.

There are two possible outcomes:

If the “Order” button appears, this means that you can order it online. Only the available colours will be displayed.

However, if the item you’re looking for is not available for purchase online, it will show as “Out of stock”.

You can look for your product in pharmacies near you, if they have it in stock. For this, go to our store locator and contact them with the item code.

· Ordering Online

All transactions through the t-leclerc.com website are highly secure. SSL encryption is in place to protect your personal data and payment information. In addition, Maison Théophile LeClerc doesn’t store any of your payment card information.

It will be shipped by Colissimo.

Standard shipping (Colissimo): your item will be delivered 3 to 5 business days after it was shipped. Shipping is free for all orders of €50 or more to mainland France and Belgium.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. No orders are processed on Saturdays.

The shipping time starts when the email is sent to confirm that your order has shipped.

Your items can be shipped to your residence or to any address indicated when placing your order online at our site t-leclerc.com.

Yes, you can order a T-LeClerc product and have it shipped to French overseas departments and territories. To receive the VAT exemption available to French overseas departments and territories under Article 294 of the French General Tax Code, you must select the appropriate overseas department or territory in the “Country” drop-down when entering the shipping address.

Example: If you want your order shipped to Guadeloupe, you must choose “Guadeloupe” (not “France”) as the country when entering the shipping address.

TVA DOM-TOM

Any order placed on t-leclerc.com can be shipped to anywhere in Europe under the shipping terms and conditions stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Yes, you can order a T-LeClerc product and have it shipped to a country located outside the EU, with the exception of Canada, but you can order on our partner website at http://t-leclerc.ca/fr/. You would then be exempt from paying VAT.

Important: Shipping costs do not include taxes and customs duties that the customer may have to pay upon receipt of their order.

For more information, consult the import terms and conditions of the relevant country’s customs department.

When placing your order, you can enter a billing address (which you can change later) and a shipping address.

· Your Order

When placing your order, you can enter a billing address (which you can change later) and a shipping address.

For each order placed on our site t-leclerc.com from your account, you will receive an order confirmation. The invoice is attached to the confirmation.

You can change your shipping address by going to the “Your profile” section and clicking “Your account”.

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address shown in your order summary email and in “Your orders”.

It is not possible to change your shipping address after your order has been confirmed.

· Returns & Refunds

You can return your order to us within 14 days by post.

Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unopened. They must include all accompanying miniatures, samples and documents provided when your order was shipped, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.

Once your item has been returned and received, a refund will be issued by crediting the payment method used for your online purchase.

For a payment by bank card, the refund will appear within 14 days after we have received the items.
