In application of the public order provisions of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) clear days, calculated from the date of receipt of the products. If the 14-day period expires on a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.

These provisions apply to private individuals.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, within the aforementioned period, you may return the products ordered to us without having to give any reason whatsoever.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our customer service department of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement, by telephone on 01 87 76 08 00 or using the contact form. An acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal will be sent to you as soon as possible, with the address for returning the products.

All T.LeClerc products are eligible for a refund, except those excluded by law and in the following cases:

Unpacked product with torn packaging;
Damaged product;
Incomplete product;
Lack of original packaging;
Product difficult or impossible to resell (perishable goods, etc.);
Used product;
Engraved product.
Under these conditions, the product in question will not be returned or exchanged, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning it. You will not benefit from the right of withdrawal for products made to your specifications and instructions (personalized items) or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

In the event of retraction, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We advise you to take out appropriate insurance to cover any loss or damage to your package. The return of the product is at the customer's own risk.

In the event of retraction, all products, gifts, goodies or other items must be returned. 

Upon receipt of your products, we undertake to reimburse you the sums effectively collected within a maximum of thirty (30) days via the same means of payment that you used to pay for the order, subject to compliance with the above-mentioned returns conditions.
